How long does setup take?

Most venues are live within a day. You create your venue, add your spaces or seats, set your deposits and hours, and you're ready. For large events, our team handles seat-map setup and on-sale configuration with you.

Does it work for walk-ins as well as bookings?

Absolutely. The virtual queue is perfect for walk-in guests who arrive without a booking, while time-block scheduling handles reservations. You can use either or both at the same venue.

Can I set different deposits for different spaces?

Yes. You can set a default deposit at the venue level and override it for any individual space — so a private room can require a higher deposit than a standard table.

What happens if a guest doesn't show up?

If a guest doesn't complete payment, their held seat or spot is automatically released after a few minutes and reopened for the next person. Booked seats that go unused can be flagged for follow-up.
